Season of Lent
Lent is the season in the church calendar when we reflect more on the atoning work of Jesus in our lives. It is a season of gratitude, repentance, and renewal. We will be doing a couple of different things in our service to focus on those themes including weekly communion, reading of the law, songs of lament, and different patterns of prayer. I would encourage you to prioritize being with God's children in worship during Lent starting on February 18 to March 24. Remember Easter is early this year (March 31).
