They are several symbols to our logo:
Cross: We are first and foremost a congregation that is center on the cross of Jesus. Everything in history and our theology flows from Jesus' work on the cross.
“CP”: Connected to the cross are green swoops that are in the shape of a "C" and "P" which represent Christ Presbyterian.
Tree: The whole of the logo is in the shape of a tree which is rooted in the cross. Jesus is the vine (root) and we are His branches connected to the Tree of Life. John 15:5 (ESV) I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, 5 he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
Chi Rho: The Cross and the “P” form the Greek letters Chi and Rho which is the first two letters in “Christ” and the historic symbol for Christ.
Sickle: Lastly, the "C" and the cross form a sickle, which is a tool to harvest God's wheat; a reminder of our primary task of proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ to the world.
